Local 300 members pose with the trophy after winning the Lake Champlain Dragon Boat Festival. The team raced in memory of the late wife of Brother Claude Brosseau. The Local 300 contingent was comprised of: Ed Bonoyer, Kevin Boyce, Claude Brousseau, Tiffany Copley, Sherry Dupont, Doug Edwards, Doug Edwards Jr., Jillian Gray, Amy James, Celeste Johnson, Kathryn Ramstack, Michael “Smiley” LaFramboise, Shawn McDonald, Florin Olteanu, Roger Pastore, Heidi Rabtoy, Grace Ross, Bruce Secor, Kasia Szabo, Kevin Vallee and Jeffrey Wimette.

Local 300 members recently pitched in at the Vermont debut of ABC-TV's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Union electricians and apprentices spent two full days on-site volunteering their talents for the award-winning reality television show.
